Magnetic Metals modem laminations are processed for highest inductance
characteristics and lowest distortion.
Distortion is typically measured at:
600 Hz,-10dBm (as measured at the transformer input) and 600 ohms
source impedance (This test is used typically for the traditional
modem market.) or 150 Hz,-3dBm (as measured at the transformer output) and 300 ohms
source impedance (This test is used typically for the 56K modem
market.)
