EL Laminations

Magnetic Metals modem laminations are processed for highest inductance characteristics and lowest distortion.

They are available in 6,8, and 14 mil 80% Nickel alloy.

Distortion is typically measured at:

600 Hz,-10dBm (as measured at the transformer input) and 600 ohms source impedance (This test is used typically for the traditional modem market.) or

150 Hz,-3dBm (as measured at the transformer output) and 300 ohms source impedance (This test is used typically for the 56K modem market.)

Magnetic Metals will process and test the modem lamination to fit your needs.
