For over 50 years Magnetic Metals has been stamping electrical steel in thicknesses from 0.002" to 0.125".  Recently we developed a patented stamping technology that allows us to stamp material as thin as 0.0005". Our technology allows us to achieve virtually zero burr and almost perfectly flat laminations/stampings.
